Making yogurt at home is nothing new in many cultures and why not? Yogurt’s classic taste and nutrients lend its numerous benefits to an assortment of sweet and spicy healthy dishes around the world. One thing in common with this awesome tradition is that regardless of where in the world yogurt has been made, people used clay pots to make it, including the Greeks, who gave us the famous Greek yogurt!
Miriams brought this practice to the USA, by giving people the option to make their creamy yogurt right at home. By using a much purer and cleaner, tested clay, they began to design clay pots that bring out the wonders of yogurt made in clay.
